Delmar is a diverse congregation. Some might call us more liberal than most other Baptist churches. I prefer the word open-hearted to liberal. We are not always of one mind theologically and politically, but we are of one heart. At the center of our life together is a burning desire to follow Christ and to obey his commandment to "love one another, as I have loved you."
Please join us for Bible study or worship. If you have been away from organized religion, perhaps for some very good reasons, Delmar is a good place to come back to church -- at least to try it. If you do, we trust you'll find a spiritual community marked by loving acceptance and authenticity.
